Welcome to TravelPro. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services as a tour operator. By accessing our website, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
In these Terms and Conditions:
When you make a booking with us, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your party. The lead person on a booking is responsible for ensuring all members of the booking party are aware of these Terms and Conditions.
Your booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit or full payment (as required for the specific booking) and issued a written confirmation. Before your booking is confirmed and a contract comes into existence, we reserve the right to change prices or any other details advertised.
A deposit (the amount of which will be confirmed at the time of booking) is required to secure your booking. The balance of the price of your travel arrangements must be paid at least 60 days before your departure date. If the full payment is not received by the balance due date, we may cancel your booking and retain your deposit.
We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified at the time of booking. For certain payment methods, additional processing fees may apply.
All prices shown are per person unless otherwise stated and are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of prices displayed on our website and in our communications. However, we reserve the right to correct errors in the prices of confirmed bookings.
The price of your travel arrangements may change after you have booked due to changes in transportation costs (including the cost of fuel), dues, taxes, fees, exchange rates, or other costs calculated within the holiday cost. However, no price changes will be made within 20 days of your departure.
Additional fees may apply for optional services, changes to bookings, or special requests. These will be communicated to you before confirmation of your booking.
If you wish to change any part of your booking after our confirmation has been issued, you must inform us in writing as soon as possible. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible. Where changes can be made, an amendment fee may apply, in addition to any costs incurred by us and any costs or charges incurred or imposed by any of our suppliers.
If you need to cancel your booking, the lead person on the booking must notify us in writing immediately. Cancellation will take effect from the day we receive your written notification. Since we incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, you will be required to pay cancellation charges as follows:
Note: Certain travel arrangements (e.g., flight tickets) may not be refundable once confirmed, and any cancellation may incur a 100% cancellation charge regardless of when it occurs.
We plan arrangements many months in advance, and occasionally, changes may be necessary. We reserve the right to make changes to your travel arrangements after booking. If the change is significant (for example, a change of accommodation to a lower standard, a change of flight time by more than 12 hours, or a change of departure airport), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option of:
We reserve the right to cancel your booking in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
In the event of cancellation (except due to your failure to pay), we will offer you the option of an alternative holiday of comparable standard (with price adjustment if applicable) or a full refund of all monies paid.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party have all necessary passports, visas, health certificates, and other documentation required for your travel. We cannot accept responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with these requirements. You should check passport and visa requirements with the embassy or consulate of the countries you plan to visit.
We strongly recommend that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical expenses, repatriation, personal liability, and other relevant coverage. Your insurance should cover the entire duration of your trip and all activities you plan to undertake.
We recommend that you consult your government's official travel advice for any destination you plan to visit. While we provide general information about destinations, it is your responsibility to verify specific details relevant to your travel plans.
We will arrange for the provision of the services described in your booking confirmation. These services will be provided either directly by us or through reputable suppliers and subcontractors. We will exercise reasonable care and skill in making these arrangements.
Our liability to you will not exceed two times the cost of your travel arrangements booked through us. This limitation applies whether the claim arises in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, and even if we are at fault.
Our liability will be limited in accordance with and/or in an identical manner to:
We will not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost, or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever which results from:
You are expected to conduct yourself in an orderly and acceptable manner and not to disrupt the enjoyment of other travelers. If, in our opinion or in the opinion of any hotel manager, tour leader, or any other person in authority, your behavior or that of any member of your party is causing or is likely to cause distress, danger or annoyance to any other customers or any third party, or damage to property, we reserve the right to terminate your booking arrangements with us immediately. In the event of such termination, our liability to you will cease and you will be responsible for making your own arrangements for returning home and any costs incurred.
You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking, including all personal details, special requirements, and any information requested for security or operational reasons. Inaccurate information may result in additional costs, cancellation of your booking, or denial of boarding or entry to a destination.
If you have special requests (e.g., dietary requirements, room locations), please inform us at the time of booking. While we will pass these requests to the relevant suppliers, we cannot guarantee that they will be met and we will have no liability to you if they are not.
If you have a complaint during your trip, you must inform the relevant supplier (e.g., hotel manager, tour guide) and our representative (if applicable) immediately, who will endeavor to resolve the issue promptly. If the problem cannot be resolved to your satisfaction at the time, you should contact our customer service team as soon as possible for further assistance.
If you remain dissatisfied after your trip, you must write to us within 28 days of your return with your booking reference and full details of your complaint. We will investigate your complaint and respond to you within 28 days of receipt.
If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution service. Please note that alternative dispute resolution services will only consider claims after you have first attempted to resolve the issue with us.
We will not be liable or pay you compensation if our contractual obligations to you are affected by "Force Majeure". In these Terms and Conditions, Force Majeure means any event beyond our or our supplier's control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken. Examples include warfare and acts of terrorism, civil strife, significant risks to human health such as pandemics or epidemics, natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes or weather conditions, industrial action, technical problems with transport, closure or congestion of airports or ports, and similar circumstances.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The current version will be available on our website. Changes will apply to new bookings made after the date of change. For existing bookings, the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of booking will apply unless you explicitly agree to the updated terms.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
